"Le vieux" Damien (Jr.) Burke was born February 9, 1853, fourth child born to Damien Bourg and Domitille Cordeau. Eugenie Landry was born February 18, 1858. Their children, Abraham Alfred Damien Burke and Ellen Jane Thibeau, had many additional children.

These charts help give an overview of the ancestral line of Damien Burke (Bourg) back to the first Bourg to come to the New World. This was Antoine Bourg, who came to Acadia in 1632, later settling in Port-Royal in 1636. (Follow this link to see more information on Antoine Bourg.)

This initial version shows the Bourg line beginning with Antoine's father (in France). All grandchildren of Damien and Eugenie Bourg (Burke) are included. These two have identical information, but the first one has a bit of Acadian "colour" while the second has a relatively ordinary flourish under the title. Both will print out on 8.5 x 11 paper oriented as portrait.

The next option is a printable version of the above for textured or coloured paper. The background has been removed.

The next option is a larger, more readable, version for descendants of Celeste Anne Burke and Peter Landry. In this example, Leo Landry and his wife Theresa Mary Burke are shown.. With slight alterations, this format is applicable for all of Leo's siblings. This can also be made with, or without, fill. Both will print out on 8.5 x 11 paper oriented as landscape.

The next option is for descendants of Fred Burke and Ellen Jane Thibeau. In this example, Alfred Longhurst and Alice (Theresa) Mary Burke are shown. With slight alterations, this format is applicable for all of Thersa's siblings. Both will print out on 8.5 x 11 paper oriented as landscape.
